Dr. Meyer is an excellent doctor. Her skills are not just limited to medical knowledge but she is very pleasant to be around. I actually kinda enjoy going to the doctor because she is a very warm and caring person.

Barbara Meyer, MD, has practiced family medicine in the area for over 20 years. She cares for three generations of many families. She is determined to make patients feel comfortable so they’ll know she is invested in their well-being. Dr. Meyer partners with patients to manage illnesses and promote healthy lifestyle choices. Volunteering is a priority, and she does this weekly at an urban elementary school as a teacher assistant. She is one of the physicians at Camp Seafarer. She also helps organize an annual fundraiser for the fight against lupus. Dr. Meyer is married with three sons, a yellow lab and a lizard. She enjoys running, reading, photography, traveling, poker and playing weekend hockey mom for her sons.
